Refund policy
Withdrawal Period
Customers may cancel their order within 14 days, provided production has not begun.
Post-Production
Once production is initiated:
- Orders are considered firm and final
- No refund will be issued
Defective Products
If a product is defective:
- Notification required within 7 days
- Replacement or refund issued after verification
Hygiene Clause
Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
